A Brief Biography - Harrison Ford
Harrison Ford was born on Monday, July 13, 1942 to a former radio actress turned homemaker and an advertising executive, and during his boyhood, he was active in the Boy Scouts of America. He achieved the second highest rank possible, that of a Life Scout, and he worked at a Boy Scout Camp as a counselor who helped Scouts get their Reptile Study merit badge. It is amusing to note that later in life, Ford would be cast as the iconic adventurer and archaeologist, Indiana Jones, who was deathly terrified of snakes!
